How to Cleanse Your Aura?

Who wouldn’t love a professional energy healing session? A spa day for the soul to cleanse off all the negativity. And wash off the useless clutter that clings on along the day. Cleanse your aura and heal your soul. But if those treatments get too expensive, here are some techniques that you can use at the comfort of your home. Most of which you can easily work into an average day. Even a busy one!

The following are 5 Ways to Cleanse Your Aura and Heal Your Soul at Home
1. A SEA SALT BATH

Most of us bathe daily (or almost daily). So this one is especially easy to work into your daily routine. Just make sure that you set the intention to fine-tune and cleanse your aura. Intention is the key here.

Use your favorite aromatherapy candles and bath salt. Or fizzy bath balls with aromatherapy oils and mineral sea salt. You can turn on some meditation music or use the quiet to tune-in. Set back, relax and envision your aura being cleansed.

If you decide to opt for a shower, the movement of the water and the negative ions generated will not remove all negative energy from your aura. But it will enliven your energy field. Sea salt baths, on the other hand, draw out physical and energetic toxins. And help relax you deeply, so that divine energy can flow through your field in a balanced way.

2. MEDITATION & CREATIVE VISUALIZATION

Take 5 to 10 minutes to clear your aura through relaxation, mindfulness and functional creative visualization. This is an amazing way to refresh your vibe, energy levels and outlook.

You should do this every day. Either in the morning after you wake up or in the evening before bedtime, as a ritual. You can easily implement this into your daily life.

It is up to you whether you want to listen to meditation music, use candles, aromatherapy or not. Each person is different. So do what relaxes you better. Sit or lie down comfortably. Close your eyes. Breathe naturally and clear your mind. Focus on your goal, visualize the path to get there. And imagine yourself there, where everything is as you would ideally have it.

Only by training attention and awareness, you achieve stability, a mentally clear and emotionally calm state.

3. BELOVED INCENSE

A beloved old aura cleansing ritual. Cleanse yourself with a burning bundle of dried white sage. Desert or feather sage is also fabulous for this purpose.

If you’re not already familiar with the practice, here’s the details. This process entails lighting the bundle, so that it’s smoking like incense. And then safely wafting its smoke around your body and energy field. You’ll probably want to hold a tray under it to catch any burning embers.

4. SUNLIGHT

These days, sunlight gets bad publicity. But the truth is, a modest amount of sunlight is actually a positive thing! In addition to providing us with a ton of health benefits, spending a small amount of time in the sun is highly energetically purifying. Just try bathing in bright sun for five minutes. And you will feel your aura being thoroughly cleaned, cleared, and disinfected.

5. MASSAGE AND STONE

Himalayan salt stones and basalt stones are often used, in massage sessions, to cleanse your aura. These babies are spiritual cleansing powerhouses. Simply holding one in each hand during a few minutes of conscious breathing can provide a nice energy clearing and tune-up.
