Initial Consultation↗
Typically the initial consultation is for us to get to know each other, and for you be able to trust me enough to open up. It also helps you and me realize whether we are a good fit for each other or not. We will go through your list of concerns, goals and questions, analyze them and develop the solution together. And prepare for a longer session, as it may take some time to go over all of your options with you.

1-on-1 coaching programs include from four and up to 12 sessions per month. Each session is up to 50-55 minutes and is $150. The only exception is the 30 minute vent session which is $85. You can pay on a month to month basis or for four sessions at a time. You are welcome to accelerate your progress by adding more sessions during the month, for any program offered.
